Athena thought she was going to become a professional ballerina...From the age of 4 years old Athena spent over 12 years of her life pursuing that goal until one day THE GIFT was given. Athena's parents Ed and Judy Garcia realized her gift & Her first Album in 1977 " LORD show me the way to go" was released. Touring for three years on the East Coast as A Teen Arts Representative Of The STATE New Jersey with her mom, Judy as her manager Athena was the first and youngest female to be on paid staff for the Catholic Church on McGuire AFB NJ
Writting the music and leading worship. Singing in Malls, Schools, Colleges and Churches of all
denominations, everywhere the door would open. Sharing the Love Of God with everyone, everywhere.
Appearing on Television and Radio all across the US Athena shares her FAITH and LOVE with every one.
People say Healing is IN HER MUSIC ! When people listen to her music they are healed and restored. Her mother used to suffer with migrane headaches and when Athena played the piano and sang the pain would leave every time. After Concerts, people come up and say that there pain is gone And there is such a peace when listening to her sing All Praise, Honor and Glory To The Name of JESUS My Lord and Master... I have been performing music all my life. There is nothing more fulfilling and spiritually enriching as being able to share my life and its music to others. My music comes from the heart of a man who has made mistakes and who often struggles to live life to its potential. After making many of these life-altering mistakes and going through some serious problems, God has blessed me with 20 years of sobriety. The music that comes out of me reflects this aspect of my life in a big way. I tried doing everything on my own and ended up, well, pretty messed up...God saved me, but it took a long time for me to surrender to His call. It has always been my prayer that through my music you will only see Jesus and His message of deliverance and recovery. It is my belief that He is truly "The Only One". |

Mars Hill Revisited...it's about music, and it's about spreading the word to anyone who will listen that there are some very important questions that everyone has to answer at some point in their existence. The mission: to evoke thought and meditation about life, it's purpose, it's challenges, and it's rewards. MHR started out a couple years ago on a Friday night in a bookstore with Will and Mike playing worship music and trying to cover Third Day tunes with an accoustic guitar, bass and a couple of microphones. Since then, a lot has changed. With a few more instruments added to the mix and now over a dozen original songs, the guys are on the move in the local scene. Rayme is a native Californian who uses his talents for the Lord. Having success in secular music, he couldn't escape knowing that all those years he was not following God's plan for his life.
After running from the Lord for 20 years, Rayme finally asked God to "do whatever it took" to get him home again. God answered.
After many tragidies in his life, Rayme found himself alone with himself and the Lord once again.
Before he knew what happened, God had provided a studio in which to record, a vision of the ministry that he always dreamed of , and the knowledge that he was finally doing what God wanted him to do. Now Rayme travels with his band or by himself and shares what God's wonderful mercy is doing in his life.
